Orders worth more than 2000 dirhams of the UAE are eligible for free-of-charge delivery within the borders of the UAE
If your order does not exceed the above amount, a delivery fee of 250 dirhams UAE will be charged.
Delivery of the order to the other Emirate will be carried out on the Third working day after placing an order.
Orders placed outside of business hours after 9 pm, after the set time and/or during UAE public holidays will be considered placed on the first business day of the UAE after the Order is submitted.

We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee if the Order is not accepted at the address provided by you on the confirmed delivery date.

In order to avoid fraud cases, as well as to fulfill the obligations assumed, upon delivery of a prepaid Order, the person delivering the Order has the right to request a document certifying the identity of the Recipient, as well as to indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the Order receipt. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal data.
When accepting an Order from a courier, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the delivered Goods and check it for compliance with the declared quantity, assortment and completeness of the Goods, as well as to check the integrity of the packaging.
