Between sea and sky

“Apartment 84 sq. m is located in Sochi, on the 11th floor. The windows offer a picturesque panorama of the mountains and the Marine Station. The customer is a mother of many children, a university teacher and a successful businesswoman, the owner of a company whose offices are located in different cities of Russia, including Sochi. The apartment is intended for relaxation: the customer really loves this sunny city and often flies here with her family.

The entire space is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a dressing room and two bathrooms. Blue is the main color of the interior; it is present in almost all rooms, continuing the natural palette of the sea and sky outside the window. White color gives lightness and freshness. It contains a kitchen unit, a bar counter in the kitchen-living room, a spacious shelving unit, the fronts of a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, as well as all the doors and an arched mirror in the hallway. Wood-effect porcelain tiles are laid on the floors in all rooms. This solution is very practical: such a floor is easy to care for, and in addition, you don’t need to think about how natural wood will behave in a southern microclimate.”
